MS Siam Tower is a new destination for premium office for rent building on Rama III Rd. The project was developed under the “Work-Life balance” concept with various facilities. The building was also designed and managed to follow an eco-friendly and energy conservative guideline sustainably. Moreover, the project locates amid a public transport system and also facilitated by a convenience store, bank, food court, and fitness center. Besides, the building also has environmental-friendly measures such as a specific parking area for Eco Car, using treated greywater in the watering system to save water consumption more than 40%, using water-saving sanitary. In the material aspects, well-selected construction material from recycled waste, and high-efficiency building shell material such as Low-E glass to reduce the amount of heat into the building. In the technology aspect, the building also installed with LED lighting, BAS system connected with Digital Meter to measure energy consumption in tenant area, 12 energy saving elevators with a smart algorithm to travel between stories effectively, and a ventilation system to continuously fill fresh air into the area. Moreover, the project used a low toxic adhesive and color to create a good and healthy environment and enhance good hygiene. Besides a green building certification of MS Siam Tower, the project also embedded with Feng Shui. The result is a good combination of a lively atmosphere of the business region and a cool calmness of water of Chao Phraya River and greenness of Bang Krachao, creating a harmonic and good working atmosphere.
