SCG 100th Year Building
A building with energy-saving efficiency up to 30% compared with a conventional building. It is equipped with outstanding features such as a set of solar cell systems that can produce 99,000 kWh/year, a high-efficiency glass that can control a sufficient amount of light into the building while reflecting heat out. In mechanical aspects, the project has an Automatic Lighting Control system and Exhaust Air Energy Recovery system that can greatly reduce energy consumption.

SCG Health Center
A building intended to reduce energy consumption by using a double-glazed low-e external envelop, insulated roof, solar cell systems, LED lighting, and heat exchanger of the exhaust and outdoor air.
A successful project that equipped with more than 95% of certified Energy Star certification equipment, LED lighting system that reduces 43% of energy consumption in lighting, and an Energy Efficient Ratio-EER air conditioning system.
A Project with LEED Core & Shell Version 4 Certification (Building owner owns less than 50% of the project space). It can reduce 22% of energy consumption by installing solar cell systems with a curtain to reduce the amount of heat into the building. The project also concern about the users’ health by implementing MERV 13 + Pre-filter in ventilation systems that can eliminate PM2.5 within 30 minutes.
A residential project with Silver level LEED certification. The project embeds with eco-friendly features such as a specially designed three-layer glass to reduce heat, UV, and noise from outside. It is tested with a scientific method according to WELL standard to ensure the safety level of PM10, Formaldehyde, Total VOCs, and Carbon Monoxide. The project also regularly served more than 30% of fresh air into the building according to ASHRAE 62.1-2007 to ensure the lifelines in living.
MS Siam Tower
A building with Vertical Shading Fin design to reduce an amount of heat into the building. Together with the Building Management System (BMS) and Rental management System (RMS), the project can reduce 28% of energy consumption.
Doi Kham Headquarters
A building consumes energy 28% less than a conventional building by improving the building’s shell. Combining with an automatic lighting system and a proper ventilation system for the health of its users.
A project with a full score in the Optimize Energy Efficiency Performance credit. The building scored 95 points of an Energy Star Score. By improving the air-conditioning system, using Reflective insulated glass to reduce heat absorption, and installing Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) system. The building scored 95 points of an Energy Star Score.
Starbucks (Coffee) Stores
Starbucks Stores reduce energy consumption by implementing a set of operational measures and equipment. Using a Daylight sensor to automatically adjust brightness, LED lighting which consumes less energy, a high-efficiency air-conditioning system, together with ventilation systems and low toxic material.
Specialty Innovation Headquarter
A factory project with Gold level LEED certification by installing an 875,500 kWh/year solar cell system and an automatic lighting system can reduce energy consumption by up to 40%.
Daikin Research & Development Center
A project which harmonize energy technology with the management system, it consumes 40% less in energy. It was designed with a 36,674 kWh/year solar cell system, Motion Sensor for the lighting system, Heat Reclaim Ventilation (HRV) system, and Building Management System to control and monitor energy usage.
Toyota Dealer Outlets
A project aimed to be a true energy efficiency and eco-friendly building. It is embedded with Low E glass, natural lighting design, LED lighting, and an air-conditioning control system.
Yamaha Rider’s club
The first motorcycle seller in Thailand with Silver level TREES certification. The project uses LED lighting in every part of the project together with natural light to reduce energy consumption. Furthermore, it inherits a solar cell system to compensate up to 50% of energy use. It is also installed an Air Pollution control system for the good health of the users.
